Firstly, the paper gives the definition to service trade, intra-industry trade etc, uses intra-industry trade theory such as homogeneous product intra-industry trade model and heterogeneous product intra-industry trade model to analy intra-industry trade in service. And then summarizing intra-industry trade in services in the literature review home and abroad nearly years, then making a simple comment of the existing research.Secondly,the paper analyses the realistic foundation of intra-industry trade in services between China-Asean:services, service trade's scale, competitiveness of service trade as a whole and branch line, consumer demand preference.Doing the research found that the level of services is large differences between China and Asean countries. Asean countries'services trade focused on consumer service industries such as tourism, transportation service sector, while producer service industry such as financial industry and telecommunication services,just in the beginning stages.Then the paper uses the G-L index to analysis China - Asean intra-industry services trade situation from the overall and branch line department.Research found that service trade of China, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia appears intra-industry trade characteristic, the Philippines'service trade is transiting to intra-industry trade.Other Asean countries'services trade is still at industry and industry trade.Finally the paper uses grey relational theory to analyze the influence factor in China-Asean intra-industry trade in services. The most important factor is that the scale of service industry and trade barriers, the second is per capita GDP and FDI, the smallest is trade in goods .After that the paper gives recommendations for the development of intra-industry trade in services from the macro and micro sides.
