The Industrial Safety Evaluation And Countermeasures Of China's Machine Tool Industry

Industrial safety is related to the long-term development of the national economy, it is an important basis of national economic security. As the global economic integration process accelerating, the impact brought by the problems of Industrial safety of appears gradually. To protect the country economic interests from serious violations, we must pay more attention to the research on the industrial safety. The machine tool is the carrier of advanced manufacturing technology, the basic means of production of equipment, and the basis of main equipment in industrial equipment manufacturing industry , which serves for the automotive, war industry, farm machinery, construction machinery, electric power equipment, locomotives and shipbuilding industry. China has been the world's largest consumer of machine tools and importers of machine tool for several years; What is more, China is regard as the world's top producer in the machine tool industry in 2009 year. In recent years, as China's open policy constantly increasing, a large amount of foreign capital flocks in Chinese capital market that brings much impact on machine tool industry. China should carry out evaluation on industry safety, because machine tool industry has the key effect on the competitive ability of national defense military machine tool industry and equipment manufacturing industry, only understanding the current security situation, we can provide some countermeasures to evade Chinese industrial safety.In this paper, firstly, the author states the related theories and ideas of industrial safety, in this premise, the author understands the concept, influencing factors and the evaluation index system and other related contents. Next, discuss present development situation of machine tool industry in China, from the view of strengths and weaknesses this two aspects. Once more, build the evaluation index system and evaluation of Chinese machine tool industry, in order to make comprehensive evaluation of industrial safety on the machine tool industry conditions in China. Construct the index system including four first-level aspects and sixteen secondary indexes and 15 three-level index. Evaluating steps including: first, collect index data obtain score according to the criteria of quantitative index; Second, determine the weight of each index in this paper through the analytic hierarchy process (AHP); Third, through the weighted sum method, structure China's evaluation model of industrial safety, and ultimately work out the degree of industrial safety. At the same time, according to the comprehensive evaluation results, analyze and summarize influencing factor of machine tool industry. Finally, accounting to the reference of foreign experience, integrating the development situation of machine tool industry with the related factors that influence industrial safety, put forward related countermeasures to protect industrial safety in China.
