Green logistics is a new development direction for the logistics industry,logistics industry plays an important role in promoting social material circulation.But now,with the rapid development of China's logistics industry,it brings the high cost of energy and environment pollution.Liaoning as the core of the old industrial base in northeast China, the rapid development of the economy needs the logistics industry as support.In order to avoid a series of negative problems which the rapid development of logistics industry causes,the development of green logistics is imperative.This paper, combined with the modern logistics management,game analysis theory,the grey system theory and system dynamics,provides data analysis and theoretical basis for the development of green logistics.Firstly, the present situation of logistics industry in Liaoning is analyzed,system dynamics simulation for logistics industry impact on the natural environment.The rapid development of the logistics industry in Liaoning province caused by a series of negative effects,the necessity of green logistics is put forward, through classification and game analysis of green logistics behavior subject,the operation mode and the link of green logistics and the operation security system of green logistics, the green logistics system in Liaoning province is set up.What's more,green logistics management consulting web interface is designed,by using Macromedia Dreamweaver 8.0 software,it provides professional service platform of green logistics.This paper not only analyses the necessity of green logistics,but also puts forward a feasible designed project of green logistics system,the research results can strengthen the green development of logistics industry,make for the sustainable development of social and economy and provide suggestions for the development of green logistics for Liaoning province.
