Choice Of Logistics Operation Mode Of H Company

The reasonable choice of logistics operation mode is the embodiment of the core competitiveness of the third-party logistics enterprises,as well as the basis for enterprises to gain profits and is an important factor for the success or failure of the operation.The development of logistics operation mode has a certain relativity.Since third-party logistics enterprises have different development goals in the initial stage,development stage and maturity stage,they should choose different logistics operation modes to correspond to them.This dissertation takes H company as the research object.Firstly,from the aspects of business structure,logistics facilities and equipment,outlets distribution,it analyzes the existing logistics operation mode,business process,business volume and operating cost of H company,and finds out the existing problems and causes in H company's logistics operation.Secondly,based on the background of supply chain integration,this dissertation lists five logistics operation modes that H company can choose: traditional outsourcing,strategic alliance,comprehensive group,virtual operation and comprehensive logistics agent.From the external factors of politics,economy,society,technology and the internal factors of operation ability,integrated operation ability,development potential,PEST analysis method are used to analyze the influencing factors of H company's logistics operation mode selection.Then,this dissertation constructs an index system of H company's logistics operation mode selection,which is composed of 4 secondary indexes and 15 tertiary indexes.Thirdly,the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of each index,and the grey analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the comprehensive scores of five logistics operation modes,from which the most suitable logistics operation mode is selected.Finally,specific measures are proposed to ensure the implementation of H company's logistics operation mode,mainly including effective resources integration,sharing of logistics facilities resources with allies,and focusing on the training of management personnel,promoting the innovation and application of logistics technology.The research results have certain reference value to the choice of logistics operation mode of other small and medium-sized third-party logistics enterprises.
