A Study On The Economic Evaluation Of Land Use Based On DEA Method

As a kind of system innovation form of China's reform and opening-up, the development zones have become an important space carrier for attracting foreign investment, introducing advanced technology and management experience. They play an important role in the country's economic and social development. However, they have obtained great economic achievements accompanying with a series of problems, such as increasing number of development zones, uncontrolled scale, the quality and the economic efficiency of land use of the development zones are unsatisfactory.Based on systematic exposition of the development zone's origins, the theoretical basis of the zone's study and the research of zone's land use, this paper is established in present situation of land use and economic development, creates an underlying database using of GIS technology, and then build an economic evaluation index system of land use of the development zone from its input, output point. According to DEA analysis, it evaluates typical enterprises and economic efficiency of land use of evaluation sub-unit in the development zone. Under the results of comprehensive analysis, this paper proposes the recommendations to improve the economic efficiency of land use in the zone, which can be policies.
