| With the guidance of the national policy and the cold chain logistics'huge market, the cold-chain logistics presents thriving and becomes a new economic growth point.So many cold chain logistics parks are being building.Compared with other provinces and cities in China, the development of the cold chain logistics is relatively backward, and it cannot satisfy the demand of the market. To fundamentally solve the contradiction between supply and demand of cold chain logistics in Changsha and Hunan province, this paper studies the feasibility of the construction project of Changsha Runxing Cold Chain Park according to the company's actual situation. The first part of the paper introduces the definition, function, and domestic and international developments of the cold chain logistics. The second part of the paper analyzes the project's internal environment and external environment with PEST analysis.It also analzes the advantage of the enterprise. Then the paper analyzes the situation of economic operation, profitability, production technology and market demand.In this part it also summarizes the present situation and opportunities of the Hunan cold chain logistics. The third part of the paper is the project design, including technical programs, construction and operation programs. The technical programs include the scale design, functional design, equipment design, energy saving and health design. The fourth part of the paper is the design of construction and operation programs.The progress of implementation of the project was planned, and organizational structure programs and human resources program was proposed. Finally, this paper analyzes economic and social benefits of the project.Through analysis,the author proves that the the construction project of Changsha Runxing Cold Chain park is feasible.This paper's results provide some guidance to Hunan Runxing Cold Chain Logistics Company, and maybe helpful to others in the the cold chain logistics'research. |
