Research On A Logistics Park’s Agricultural Cold Chain Logistics Development Strategy In Nanjing

In recent years, the development of the agricultural products of the cold chain logistics have concerned by all sectors. Government emphasized on it deeply, in July2011, the NDRC have issued the guiding document of the agricultural Cold Chain Logistics Development Plan, pointed the way forward for China’s agricultural development of the cold chain logistics. Experts and scholars from different angles for cold chain logistics of agricultural products have been a full range of research, pointed out that the achievements in the development of cold chain logistics of agricultural products and its shortcomings. Meanwhile, with the degree of attention for the safety of agricultural products increased, as well as resource-saving society construction requirements, need to strengthen the construction of agricultural products cold chain logistics system. At present, the phenomenon of cold chain logistics of agricultural products rely on the Logistics Park to carry out gradually in the community to promote, the cold chain logistics of Logistics Park to get better, but still there are some problems, and for the strategic development of a specific logistics park are almost no scholars to study it. Thus, there is the need for this study.This article is based on discussing the current status of research in the cold chain logistics of agricultural products at home and abroad in recent years, and the theory of the cold chain logistics of agricultural products, and then research the agricultural Cold Chain Logistics of A logistics park in Nanjing comprehensively and specifically. Firstly, it has introduced development status of cold chain logistics of agricultural products of A logistics park. Secondly, using of PEST strategy analysis the macro environment of A logistics park for the development of cold chain logistics of agricultural products from the four aspects of policy, economic, social, technical analysis, using the SWOT strategic analysis A logistics development of the park agricultural cold chain logistics advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and then given different suggestions for different combinations of the SWOT. Lastly, choosing the best SWOT portfolio strategy for a logistics park development and on this basis for A logistics Park, it has been given strategic advices for the development of cold chain logistics of agricultural products.This paper using a way of combination of theory and case analyzed the macro environment and the micro environment for agricultural Cold Chain Logistics of A logistics park in detail, so as to identifying its weaknesses and shortcomings and then find out suggestions and countermeasures to improve cold chain logistics of agricultural products of A logistics park, and hope to supply a theory reference for the better development of the agricultural Cold Chain Logistics of A logistics park.
