Analysis Of Relationship Between Entrepreneurs, Entrepreneurial Environment And Entrepreneurial Enterprises' Growth

The report of the 17th National Congress of the CPC perceives promoting employment through entrepreneurship as one of strategies of the party and state. Therefore there is a high spirit of entrepreneurship throughout the country. Entrepreneurial research and management have been the focuses both in theory and practice. This paper based on HK limited company in Yunnan, goes on researching the hot issues of entrepreneurial research to analyze the relationship between entrepreneur, entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial enterprises' growth.Depending on the predecessors'study, this paper summarizes systematically related theories and literatures, and then analyses traits of domestic entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial environment. By analyzing the case of HK limited company in Yunnan, the paper expatiates the relationship between entrepreneurs, entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial enterprises' growth and draws the conclusions as follows:entrepreneurial occupation background and characteristics relate to entrepreneurial enterprises'growth much, while their educational orientation has little relation with it. However originating from educational orientation, entrepreneurial social capital and relationship contribute to entrepreneurial enterprises' growth. On the other hand, among four dimensions of entrepreneurial environment, political and law, economic position and financial condition have much relationship with entrepreneurial enterprises' growth, but culture has little to it. What's more, according to entrepreneurial attitudes, effects of cultures to entrepreneurship can transfer mutually.
