Logistics Warehousing Project Design Layout In LN Apparel Company

This paper aims to analyze domestic and international apparel logistics Research status, select one of the garment logistics warehousing as the starting point, identify a set of third-party logistics to solve clothing warehouse management solution in the apparel logistics business, in order to effectively improve logistics warehousing management level in the apparel industry, to prevent the waste of resources, improve sorting efficiency to meet the needs of customers a higher level of service.Study of domestic and international Scholars about the clothing logistics mainly include garment logistics management, garment logistics distribution, apparel logistics development mode, the clothing logistics outsourcing, clothing logistics integration, clothing logistics warehousing and so on. By the analysis of logistics status of the apparel industry in this paper, especially the analysis of warehousing of garment enterprises, summed up a number of issues of the clothing logistics and warehousing management. This paper also summarizes the objectives and requirements of the garment logistics warehouse management, and analysis of the key elements of its management and design methods, according to the SLP law warehouse layout design, design of warehousing operation processes and warehouse management system based on the correlation between the warehouse operations logistics processes. In this paper, the above design method combined with the specific case of the LN clothing company, analyzing the problems in logistics and warehouse management and proposed warehouse layout design and warehouse operations process and warehouse management system design plan, and analyzed layout design effect, results show that the use of third party logistics, logistics and warehouse management of garment enterprises can significantly improve the efficiency of warehouse operations.
