Study On The Impact Mechanism About Zhejiang Regional Economical Sustainability

Rapid economic growth has brought benefits to society, but rapid urbanizationand industrialization have aused large-scale industrial pollution, severeenvironmental degradation and to much resource consumption. This serious Serioussituation awares people that while promoting economic growth, they need strengthenresources and environmental protection,.People realize environmental protectionmust be sought between economic growth and a dynamic equilibrium.ZhejiangProvince which has maintained a rapid economic growth in recentyears is aclassical developed economical society amongYangtze River Delta provinces even inthe country. But as a province ofsmall resource,Zhejiang is facing strengthenenvironmental protection, energyefficiency, the multiple tasks of economicdevelopment.The regional economic sustainable development bottleneck of ZhejiangProvince is more prominent.This paper re-definites sustainable economic development,studys the main imputfactors which affect economic development basing on the generalelements.UsingData Envelopment Analysis (DEA)to study the sustainable regional economIcaldevelopment and the main factors that impact mechanism of Zhejiang Province.Thestatistical data and normalized raw data of Zhejiang Province is usde to sdusy theimpact of major economic investment on sustainable economic development. Studythe redundancy of these rates,then figer out the efficient use of inputs in the processof Zhejiang Province economic development.Researching the efforts that factscontributing to economic growth to achieve sustainable economic development.Through Empirical study about the sustainable economic development ofZhejiang Province, this paper draws several clusions:economic growth should bemoderate; Constant returns to scale is a necessary condition for sustainabledevelopment of regional economy;environmental administration of Zhejiangprovince is effective;Zhejiang province should change the development mode.
