The problems of food supply chain are different interests and responsibilities between enterprises on the supply chain. So may be the result is that personal interests conflict with the overall interests. Why these problems? Mainly because the enterprises and government lack of the effective incentives and regulatory mechanism. So for ensure the effective functioning of supply chain and the normal development of food industry, the problems of principal-agent must be solved quickly. The principal-agent theory is the standard framework to solve such problems.The article includes six Parts. The chapter one is introduction. This part introduces the research background, practical significance, summarize of the domestic and foreign research literature, topic basic, research content as well as innovations of the article. The chapter two is analysis of present situation on food supply chain. The chapter three is overview of relevant theory. This part introduces principal-agent theory, motivation theory and the theory of government regulation. The chapter four is designing the incentives mechanism of core enterprises in food supply chain. In information symmetric and information asymmetric, compare how to design the incentives mechanism of core enterprises for suppliers. The chapter five is designing of regulatory system and incentive analysis in food supply chain. This part mainly research regulatory system which is suitable for our country. The chapter six is the summary and outlook of paper.
