Research On The Financing Model Of Hainan International Tourism Island

On December31,2009,the State Council published a file named "some opinions on promoting the construction and development of Hainan international tourism island", which means the construction of it has been risen up to national strategies. According to the "opinions", the construction planning of Hainan international tourism island is determined as our national tourism industry innovation and development of the experimental field, aimed at becoming the most preferred island tourist destination in the world. Besides,Hainan. will become China's ecological civilization construction demonstration area, the international economic cooperation and cultural information exchange platform, the resource development and services base in South China Sea area, and modern tropical agriculture production base.By2020,Hainan province will gradually becoming the leading leisure tourism attraction in the world and tourism industry in Hainan Province's GDP will rise to12%GDP At the same time, the tertiary industry will accounted for more than60%of Hainan Province's total GDP, Fighting for the province's people's quality of life, income, per capita GDP at first-class level in China. We should take full advantages of Hainan-----China's tropical island and special economic zone's resource and environment to turn it becoming influential in the international tourism destination It will do great help in improving our country's tourism industry position and the reputation all over the world.The bottleneck of tourism industry financing has played a certain effect on the development of tourism industry in China. Under the guidance of the national macroscopically strategy, the financing channel is fronted with bottleneck restriction during the developing and constructing process of Hainan Island. This article uses construction experience from Singapore, Hawaii, Maldives and other international first-class tour island,and find suitable for their own financing mode while combing the current situation and existing problems of Hainan province. It also provides feasible references to speed up the construction of Hainan international tourism island.Firstly, this paper introduces the construction planning and policy support, analysis of its geographical, resource and the strategic objective to Hainan international tourism island from State Council; secondly, it gives an analysis to the internationally successful tourist destination,then find out their similarities and differences, and then takes its essence. Third, the main part analyses the current situation and existing problems of financing in Hainan. Finally, under this circumstance, financing channels will be widen, the construction financing source will be added, and so that Hainan Island will become an international tourism island as soon as possible.
