In January2010, the state council of China issued "Some Certain Opinions on Promoting the International Tourism Development of Hainan Island ", due to this reason, international tourism island has risen to the national strategy. Everyone in Hainan is full of the joy.Hainan is the southernmost province and special economic zone of China, where has the unique nature and climate, and also the unique historical culture, it is the southeast circle of economic hub of Asia,too.The construction of international tourism island reflects the determination than Hainan will develop better and faster. As the pillar industry, Hainan tourism becomes the key industry in the construction and development of the international tourism island.According to the Hainan tourism statistics in2011, it shows that the night reception reached30.0134million tourists, which increased by16%year-on-year, the night entry reached814,600tourists, increase by22.8%. The total income reached32,404billion yuan.All kinds of the good measures about the construction of international tourism are the key for Hainan tourism to affect performance continuously, such as opening more international voyage, intensifying the promotion of cruise travel, everyone has the right to "islands duty-free" etc. Hainan is welcoming tourists at home and abroad with the opening attitude.However, we have to face up to the problems occurred in the process of the fast development. For example, how to promote the service quality, how to strengthen the tourism supervision, tourism product innovation, how to establish the new tourism image, etc.The travel ad is the edge tool to promote the tourist destination and product image and brand, the role of tourism advertising is self-evident. But just as the character of Hainan’s people, Hainan tourism ads are not exposed and high-profile.In,"If you want have a strong body, please come to Hainan island ", this ad has occupied the tourists’heart. However, to be international, it needs to display not only the literal meaning of preserve culture of one’s health, but also rich cultures of Hainan.In the first part in this paper, it introduces the background, significance and topic selection methods of this research; The second part focuses on the relationship between culture and tourism ads, to make clear the guiding principles of culture to tourism ads; The third part is on the basis of Hainan history to analyze the representative culture of different areas; The fourth part investigates recognition of cultural in Hainan tourism advertising in the form of questionnaire to find which culture can enter the deep heart of people; The fifth part compares with the cultural backgrounds deep in the famous tourism ads in the development of Hainan, at the same time, this part also shows two examples about famous ads in the tourist industry as a reference; The sixth part discusses the trend of the development of Hainan tourism ads, aiming to propose some opinions which are useful to the international tourism travel AD.
