In2009, China introduced the Plan of a modern logistics industry restructuring and revitalization, the logistics industry included in the "Top Ten" revitalization plan for the first time, on this basis, most of our provinces and cities develop the logistics development plan, hope that promote the State's logistics development in the context of strengthening the level of development of the local logistics industry to enhance efficiency of logistics, in order to promote economic development, but the logistics involved in a very broad area, lack of effective communication and coordination between the various fields, making the logistics planning of the various regions more from the revitalization of the current interests and national logistics planning considerations, resulting in a too large part of the regional logistics investment, redundant construction of more of the situation.This paper analyze the problems in Hubei logistics development process, combined with the Hubei actual economic level, industrial structure, in terms of logistics and supply, logistics needs and logistics environment, thereby make recommendations to Hubei Logistics coordination for sustainable development accordingly.Firstly, at home and abroad with the logistics of supply and demand balanced status quo analysis and comparison to determine the logistics of supply and demand system concept and logistics of supply and demand balanced content; summarized data envelopment analysis (DEA) is given basic theoretical model and evaluate the degree of mathematical model of the coordinated development of multiple subsystems.Secondly, from a macro logistics system in Hubei were defined Hubei Province from Hubei Province, economies of scale, industrial structure, transport infrastructure, cargo and freight turnover, logistics, information technology and logistics park planning logistics system the current development carried out a qualitative analysis, summed up the logistics development in Hubei Province to the following problems: the logistics industry, multi-door management policy, a lower level of logistics enterprise IT, logistics management, lack of personnel, lack of logistics infrastructure capacity.Again, the application of data envelopment analysis (DEA) to evaluate the validity of the coordinated development of the logistics supply and demand balance in Hubei Province. The logistics of supply and demand system is a composite system, the evaluation index system of logistics and supply subsystem and logistics needs subsystem were constructed based on the principle of comprehensive, science, data availability, relevance, etc., then apply the theory to calculate the synergies between each subsystem kernel subsystems degree, the development of validity "and" collaborative development of a comprehensive validity. The results show that:the overall coordination of the logistics of supply and demand system in Hubei Province in1999-2009, but the logistics and supply capacity has gradually increased, logistics demand did not achieve the growth rate, reflecting the Hubei Province, there have been idle and waste of resources phenomenon.Finally, the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, the following recommendations:the adjustment of the balance of supply and demand of the logistics system in Hubei Province to strengthen the logistics and total supply and demand of Hubei Province, the coordination of the logistics of supply and demand structure and logistics of supply and demand space construction logistics system in Hubei Province; logistics uniform administrative departments to strengthen macro-control of the whole industry; to build logistics public information platform, to improve the level of logistics information; a lot of the development of third-party logistics, and to strengthen the integration of logistics resources and optimize the allocation; strengthen the construction of logistics personnel.
