Nowadays, people have been stepping into a world filled with information, knowledge and technology. High-tech's great development not only brings the growth of high-tech enterprises, but also impacts economy of their countries extraordinarily. Many high-tech enterprises sustain technology innovation after their generation, manufacture high-tech production and supply high-tech service, its management achievement constituted the present age world economics foundation, which highly advance their countries and even world eeonomy's development. By now, a high-tech enterprise's competitive strength decides, to a great degree, the comprehensive national strength of its country, and Pushes forward high-tech enterprises'growth, which cannot be neglected for any country. The organizational structure is overall framework of an organization, which reflects an organization's division of labor. The establishment and maintenance of good organizational structure is an important guarantee for the members of each organization to achieve common goals. High-tech enterprises in the business environment change very quickly, the consumer demand tends the personalization and the diversification, the technical transformation and the product renewal speeds up obviously, the information network technology fast development, globalized market oneself passes through the formation, the market competition tends the superheating. Therefore, timely changes in organization structure to make it adapt to changing internal and external environment is a big problem to solve whicn ensure the healthy development of the hi-tech enterprises. So, it is meaningful to research on the growth patterns of high-tech enterprises.At present, the researches of theories aimed at high-tech enterprises are still in the newborn stage. Those relate to the organizational structure optimization seem to be much rarer. Practically, high-tech firms are vulnerable with their organizational structure, which restricts further development. In this paper, the author tries to resolve the conflicts between the theory and the reality. Based on the theories of organizational structure of high-tech enterprises, the systems of this paper are as follow. First of all, basic concepts involved are defined, and to support the author's opinion, relevant theories are also reviewed. According to the characteristics of high-tech firms, we analyze the five key factors which affect their organizational structure, and establish an evaluation system for these factors with analytic hierarchy process. At last, put forward an optimization proposal based on the previous results considering the firm's strategy as well as life cycle.
