High-tech Enterprise Employee Social Present Situation Investigation And Strategy Recommendations

In recent years, human capital becomes the key force of the world development. How to help new employees adapt to the company environment, to understand the company’s culture, to realize the value as soon as possible is the most critical human resource management issue. Especially the staff in the high-tech enterprise, which has become the core force of the business competition, how to speed up the process of organizational socialization, to make them adapt the creation of the work faster is an effectiveness evaluation criteria of high-tech enterprise human resource management system.More and more scholars and managers located the studies on the high-tech enterprise employees’organizational socialization and focus on new strategy or content of it in order to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. But most of the studies are based on the period which employees get into the organization. But before the new employees’entry, pre-employment differences affect it subsequently. In many companies the level and diversity of organizational socialization was ignored.Therefore, this paper intends to further the organizational socialization research on in high-tech enterprises we study the difference of these employees before their entry, such as initiative, internal and external control, internship experiences, school major, interview experiences and so on. These differences will show the degree of variation of organizational socialization. Through theoretical research and quantitative research, this study will be a comprehensive exploration of pre differences and organizational socialization linkages.
