Knowledge is booster of economic development in today’s era of knowledge economy. Economic development has greatly depends on the knowledge. Knowledge workers has become a carrier of knowledge. They have played a pivotal role in the knowledge’s generation, flowing, innovation and use. It has become one of the hot issues of management academic research to motivate knowledge workers work enthusiasm, and create new knowledge to get business value for organizations and enterprise.The foreign scholars studied motivating theory in the20th century ago, earlier than domestic scholars. It is rise in the1950s, combined with the management theory in practice, a lot of incentive theory were putted forward by scholars, and they carried out extensive and in-depth study on some of those incentive theories. The foreign scholars focused on the study of the mechanism of incentive model. This more systematic incentives mechanism has played a guiding role in practice for our enterprise, and it also has a profound impact on domestic research on motivation of employees. In this case, the domestic scholars have begun to study on demanding of knowledge works, motivation factors, motivation model, mechanism and other aspects of research. However, motivation factors of knowledge workers is a hot research in china. This paper, Based on domestic and foreign scholars researcher on the theory of knowledge workers motivation, focus on motivating factors of knowledge workers, so that we can get some theoretical results about motivation factors for domestic high-tech talentsThis paper has research on Hefei High-tech Zone enterprise knowledge workers, First, Understand present domestic and foreign theoretical studies about knowledge workers motivation through the way of literature reading and expert interviews. Combined with the present incentive situation of organizations and enterprises at home and abroad, put forward some initial motivation factors for the knowledge workers, and then, through the way of network survey and expert interviews, get some other motivation factors, which knowledge workers think is suitable for them. Then, determine the motivating factors of Hefei High-tech zone enterprise knowledge workers, Systematic and structured motivation factors will be listed in this paper, though AHP method, determine the order of these motivation factors according to their weights. Finally, Take Hefei High-tech Zone for example, Analyze the knowledge workers incentive problems in Hefei High-tech Zone. On the one hand, it provide a theoretical reference for future research on the knowledge workers motivation, On the other hand, it provide some practical solutions to solve the current problems of knowledge workers motivation in Hefei High-tech Zone.
