Technological innovation always carried out under a certain organizational structure of enterprises, while lack of matching organizational structure would leads technological innovation failed. The evaluation of organizational structure can ensure enterprise technology innovation go with success, and it is an important part of the innovation match with organizational structure. But few people involved in this field, and lack of specific guidance theory and operational methods applies to certain types of business. This study combined the theories and methods of domestic and international organizational structure, trying to build the guidance of evaluation system for specific companies so that the theory of organizational structure can be applied in practice with simple methods and ideas.This paper applied literature research and in-depth interviews, supplemented by field research methods to organizational structure dimensions, the relationships between technological innovation and organizational, and the construction of self-assessment model. First, analyze the relationships among structural variables, running variables and situational variables, and hold that the three types of enterprise organizational structure variable have an relationship of interaction, mutual influence and mutual constraints. In which running variables should pay attention to and are the focus entry points of diagnosis. Secondly, make an analysis from the above three mentioned variables and 17 dimensions in detail, summarize the impacts and requirements technological innovations to the organizational structure dimensions. Believe that the adjustment of organizational structure dimensions based on technology innovation may be concentrated in the seven dimensions: Unit group, organizational boundaries, key coordinating mechanism, selective separation of powers, culture of innovation, innovation strategy and staffs, which are general directions for high-tech enterprises to take measures to optimize its organizational structure. Draw on organizational self-assessment theory and fish bone diagram method as the main tools to make the model and evaluation, use the questionnaires, team evaluation, interviews and other evaluation forms in order to provide the organizational structure self-evaluation tools, by which High-tech enterprises would then be able to carry out an annual evaluation activities. Finally, according to evaluation results, law of its own organizational structure designing, the costs and benefits of organizational structure adjustment factors, high-tech enterprise then can select the organizational elements from which to proceed optimization.
