China is a big liquor production and consumption country, in recent years many small white liquor enterprise rapid development. Hubei Dao Huaxiang group is located in Yichang town of Longquan city of Hubei province. The group is the liquor industry as a leader, set production and management of green food, beverage, packaging products, biological chemical industry, modern logistics, real estate, mineral exploitation, ecological agriculture, aquaculture and other industry supporting the development of circular economy as one of the enterprise group, enterprise scale and comprehensive economic strength ranks countrywide liquor industry before the ten strong, is the provincial government key contact and support the enterprises. Hubei Dao Huaxiang as a liquor company which set up only15years, its own brand creation and the corresponding development strategies have been ranked in the top eight liquor industry, Dao Huaxiang's successful experience should be enterprise learning.Hubei Daohuaxiang liquor in a short period of10years after the establishment of the rapid development and expansion, in2009made the Chinese liquor industry sales of fourth of the good results. All of this and enterprise choice of development strategy are inseparable. Quality of today's success can give more urgent development of local industry and other enterprises to enlightenment; at the same time, gained huge success of Daohuaxiang liquor also appeared new issue, for example, the current Daohuaxiang wine is sold in the country, but its brand awareness is not high, and other Chinese wine industry ten strong the other liquor there is a big gap between the gas phase comparison. Now form, quality is selected to stand firmly and fight steadily stand now occupied by the market? Still boldly forward, toward a higher goal to go ahead? In the current fierce competition of wine line of business environment, the problem for any liquor company is difficult and urgent. How to choose the strategy of growth, both on the Daohuaxiang itself but also to the other local enterprises, is a question worthy of study and research.This article uses the theory research combined with case study method, to Hubei rice wine industry as the research object, this paper firstly on the enterprise growth strategy were briefly, summarizes the enterprise at different stages of the life cycle should take strategies; and for the liquor industry was given at different times should take specific marketing strategy. Then, the author of China's liquor industry were analyzed, including the development of liquor-making industry scale, liquor industry production status, liquor industry profitability and other basic elements, and the liquor industry problems were explained.This paper mainly through the SWOT analysis method and the Potter five of the analysis of quality of enterprise development stage and mature stage, the two different phases of the strategy to undertake an analysis, summed up the rice in different life cycle of practical strategies adopted, and summarizes the previous strategy of Daohuaxiang errors where, at last, in the light of these problems, given the corresponding policy proposal. In this paper, the quality of enterprise growth strategy is studied, as well as other enterprises how to formulate development strategy provides a basis for reference.
