As the globalization of economics and the improvement of socialism market economy, China's auto industry has gained rapid development. Driven by the vehicle market, auto parts manufacturing industry is also developing rapidly. In recent years, China has emerged a lot of outstanding small and medium auto parts manufacturing enterprises. China's auto parts manufacturing industry is booming. Meanwhile, the industry still have many defects due to a late start, poor standardization and other issues.This paper first analyzes the macro environment and competitive environment of China's auto parts production industry, and then discusses the shortcomings and defects of the industry itself. On the basis of these analysis, combined with the specific situation of IIHX auto parts company, the paper analyzes its internal various resources, then make relevant strategy through the SWOT model to understand the business advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges.As China's auto industry enters into a normal state of minimal growth and a lot of multinational auto companies come into China, also considering the situation of IHX' s merger and acquisitions of the 8 subsidiary corporations invested by INOAC and HUAXIANG. This paper analyzes the methods to foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses to formulate a practical restructuring plan to help company grow bigger and stronger, and also to formulate an operational strategy and safeguard measures for implementation to survival the intense market competition.The paper develops the general development strategy and basic competitive strategy for the enterprise through case analysis method and variety of theoretical research results on the basis of strategic management theories.
