Tourism products to enhance the culture and promote the Shanxi Province of Shanxi madesignificant contributions to the economic development, but there is also the important degree,inadequate understanding, lack of cultural features, the resources use level is low, the latter of thetourist products quality evaluation and improvement of Shanxi tourism economy has the importantpractical significance. The representative of Pingyao ancient city as a case, the main qualityfunction deployment KANO model, some of the methods exploration and research the generictourism product evaluation of Pingyao and improving key steps.This paper main work is as follows:(1)Pingyao ancient city hierarchical analysis of the customer requirements.KANO model using hierarchical Pingyao ancient city of customer demand, and to decide itsimportance.(2)Pingyao ancient city the tourism product technology characteristics are analyzed.The use of the quality function deployment, according to the customer demand specificdevelopment tourism product technical characteristic of the latter, determined the Pingyao ancientcity tourism product technical characteristics of the importance and the satisfaction on theassessment.(3)Pingyao ancient city of the tourism products quality evaluation and improvement.Pingyao ancient city of the tourism product technical characteristics and the importance degreeand satisfaction on a contrast analysis, confirmed the three levels of quality types, to a differentquality given specific assessment and improvement measures.
