Research On The Improvement Of Quality About The New Product Development In BS Company

At present,China's economic development is in an important transition period,the downward pressure on economic development is still severe.In order to better cope with the transformation of the pattern of economic development and the increasingly fierce industrial competition,enterprise actively developed new products by using existing resources.Ex p control cabinet products is one of the high-tech explosion-proof enclosure,mainly used in special environment of industrial production such as coal,oil,chemical,metallurgical,pharmaceutical and other places,and its structure is relatively complex.It is necessary to better prepare the each stage of its quality control in its design research and manufacturing process to promote the Ex p cabinet research and manufacturing quality.Regrading quality problems of new products in the development process for BS company Ex p cabinet as the research object,Applying relevant quality management methods and tools in the new product development to improve the quality.First of all,based on the production status,using Pareto diagram method to find out the main unqualified type of products,through the analysis,the quality problems of Ex p cabinet are more severe.Then,Applying methods such as brainstorming and associated diagram,and so on,to analysis the causes of quality problems in the process of developing and manufacturing new products.lack of the process quality control were found as the main causes of quality problem for new product development.Then,the rational improvement scheme were put forward to new product development by using quality function deployment(QFD)and potential failure modes and the result analysis(FMEA).Finally,Using the quantitative indexes such as first pass rate,scrap rate,customer complaints for Ex p cabinet to evaluate the effect and feasibility of improving scheme.Through the study of this thesis,Improved the efficiency,the first pass rate and reduced the scrap rate in the process of new product development for the BS company,at the same time,an effective method to new product development for quality control was provided for the enterprise or other manufacturing ones.
