Then, based on QFD (Quality FunctionDeployment) and some other 6σ data analysis technologies, the paper gives anin-depth analysis to customer's needs. Systematically, we transform the VOC (VoiceOf Customer) to VOE (Voice Of Engineer), which includes product and processcharacteristics, manufacturing techniques, etc. To gain total customer satisfaction, weanalyse the CTQs (Critical To Quality) and take corresponding technological andmanaging method. As a result, the variant of the process becomes much smaller andthe defects be reduced. Finally, a control plan of the product and process under thenew quality level be carried out and the paper points out the task at the next stage.
