Research On The Development And Operation Mode Of Tourism Attractions

Along with the rapid development of the economy of our country and the industrial structure becoming ressonable increasingly, how much of the proportion of the third industry in national economy grows increasingly an important index to measure the power of the national economy. Tourist industry as an important part in the third industry, its development is under the spotlight. And tourist attraction as the important carrier to the development of tourism, the development and operation of it also becomes the focus of attention. At present, in the process of developing and operating to the tourist attraction in our country, there are more and more bad phenomenon as the confusion of management system, shortage of funds, damage of resources and environmental, which not only cause severe damages to the sustainable development of tourist attraction but also raise doubts about the development and operation mode of tourist attraction. This paper does a research in allusion to the problems that mentioned.Firstly, the paper based on the property rights theory, game theory and sustainable development theory analyses the development and operation situations of tourist attraction in our country at present, and then narrates the problems in the process of the developing and operating to tourist attraction in our country. Secondly, by means of summarizing and comparative analysis to the development and operation mode of tourist attraction at home and abroad, the paper finds the indispensable sectors that tourist attraction operates successfully, which can be able to provide a reference for both the development and operation of tourist attraction in our country in the future and sustainable development of tourism. Thirdly, according to development and operation situations of tourist attraction, this paper put forward the strategies that tourist attraction how to reform and develop in the future. And then forecasts the development and operation of tourist attraction trend in the future.Finally, this paper does the empirical analysis with The Yellow River delta national nature reserve for example. And introduces the development and operation situations and the development and operation mode of it, then, the paper elaborates the development and management mode that according with the situations of nature reserve and the development measures in the future which aims at the problems and risks in the process of the developing and operating. Hoping it is able to provide a reference for other tourist attractions.
