I will find out solutions to constrict agricultural parks of The Yellow River Delta by means of investigating the agricultural parks in Shouguang.Weifang is qualified with natural resources for building modern agricultural parks. Weifang has advantages in public facilities, high-quality dwelling, brands of agricultural products and companies as well as high-tech agriculture. However, there are some problems to constrict the development, which include lack of supporting grants, absence of overall planning and powerful high-tech, and backwardness of management, etc. Shouguang takes the leading position in building-up of modern agricultural parks in Shandong, its dominant products stand out with scientific planning. By using Shouguang for reference, the following key points will be highlighted in building the modern agriculture of The Yellow River Delta. Firstly, it is required to enhance the overall management, stick to high-efficiency economy, and project the schedule of development. To increase the investment, financial supporting is a need. Secondly, it is necessary to construct scientific and technical innovation systems to enhance agriculture sci-tech innovation in provenance, biology, facility, economy and information of agriculture, and process of agricultural products, etc. Thirdly, to propel industrial management of modern agricultural parks, it is better to innovate operational mechanisms of parks, accomplish privatization of investment, marketization of operation, enterprization of management.
