Since2010, the international financial crisis, some industries in China, enterprises are facing operating difficulties, many companies meet the challenges of the international variety of crisis, make the adjustment of the remuneration policy. Some companies through layoffs to ease the pressure on the payment, while others take a long break to ride out the storm, some enterprises have adopted the measures of wages halved or bonus halved, and some have taken to ensure wages, reducing other benefits income strategies. In short, under the new circumstances, the compensation strategy adjustment is necessary if the compensation strategy is to adjust properly, will help the business to achieve strategic objectives. Thus contributing to the macroeconomic and social development goals is expected.The main problem by the international financial crisis, China's enterprises are faced with a sudden drop in income and increased costs. Therefore, cost control has become the only way for enterprises to tide over the difficulties.
