But in banking project management still exist many difficulties and deficiencies.This paper aims to adopt project management success of school management thought, from project management time management, quality management, human resource management, communication management, on the Bank of China Jiangxi branch of the IT blueprint for the whole process of project implementation to carry on the analysis, with period through the case study of project management in the project enterprise application, wherein the analysis successful experience, pointed out the shortcomings and traces its cause, and puts forward some improvement strategies, and from the focus on corporate culture and project management concept of integration, project management and business long-term sexual relations and other aspects to improve the Bank of China Jiangxi branch of project management application level and proposed countermeasures.
