In the financial disintermediation, the mercerization of interest rate and exchangerate liberalization against the background of deepening, especially in recent years,with the development of the financial industry, financial products, financialderivatives and business transactions, business background, more and more complexthe drawbacks of traditional business processes and management processes exist inthe business operations and risk management Gradually emerge. Strengthen theprocess reengineering, remodeling a market-oriented, customer, efficient operationof the customer experience as the center of the business process, is becoming animportant strategic choice of domestic banks to deal with competition, transformingthe management mechanism, to promote business transformation.As a service industry of Bank of China Jiangxi branch as compared with otherbanks in our similarity and the homogeneity of products, so that in the banking corebusiness process reengineering has become one of the effective ways to enhance thecompetitiveness of it. In this paper, the related theory and reference of foreigncommercial bank business process reengineering practice of bank business processreengineering, analyzed the current situation of Bank of China Jiangxi branch of thebusiness process reengineering and the existing problems, and then puts forward thecorresponding countermeasures.This paper is divided into six chapters; the first chapter mainly introduces theresearch background, research status, research content, research methods, researchcharacteristics and related concepts defined. The second chapter mainly elaborated thetheory basis of Bank of China Jiangxi branch business process reengineering. Thethird chapter mainly inspects the practice of foreign commercial banks to process flowand the inspiration. The fourth chapter, to evaluate the current situation of Bank ofChina Jiangxi branch business process reengineering. The fifth chapter analyzes thereasons behind, Jiangxi Province branch of process reengineering of the Bank ofchina.The sixth chapter,from the strengthening of the core business process of construction, and puts forward some countermeasures for the Bank of China Jiangxibranch process reengineering the service process standardization.
