Public Crisis Management in China from SARS after2003began to cause concern of thewhole society. Talking about public crisis management is still relatively new subject in thecountry to master the country's economic lifeblood of the enterprise perspective. Witheconomic development, a variety of public crisis have appeared during the special period ofsocial transition, and how to identify the management of public crisis have being trouble themanagement. Petroleum and petrochemical industries as the country's economic lifeblood ofthe Oil and Petrochemical Enterprises crisis related to the country's economic security,political security and national defense and security, and affect a wide range involving the deepsurface of the growing importance of public crisis management in the petroleum andpetrochemical companies. Limited to in-depth study of the national level for the study ofChina's crisis management draws on the advanced experience of foreign public crisismanagement, but still not form a complete theoretical framework. Involving in the two theories-crisis theory, the theory of public crisismanagement, this article does a brief introduction, and lays the groundwork for the followingin-depth study of public crisis management in the petroleum and petrochemical companies;Second, this article introduces the principles of public crisis management and oil andpetrochemical enterprises, and analysis the public crisis management situation and problemanalysis; Again, analysising the public crisis management factors affecting resolution, androwing the order of importance of factors affecting the use of analytic hierarchy process andapplication examples for analysis and description, from the quantitative aspects of publiccrisis management reference standards; Other, for identifying several aspects of the influencing factors in the order of importance, asking the coping strategies of the public crisismanagement in the oil and petrochemical enterprises in China.
