Study On Benefits Of Popularization Of The University-Supported Kiwifruit Industrialization Technique System

In order to build a brand of Shaanxi kiwifruit, and improve the kiwifruit industry level of Shaanxi, and explore the new university-supported agricultural extension patterns, Northwest A&F University achieved cooperation with People's Government of Meixian in June28,2006, and according to the idea that the yield, learning, research closely connected they had jointly implemented sci-tech demonstration and technology entering home of kiwifruit industry (referred to as agricultural technology entering into the families). Following the principle of the university and government's co-establishment, taking the resources of Meixian kiwifruit industrial as a platform, relying on technical force of the Northwest A&F University, it uses1+4working group extension pattern that is "one of professor+two technical backbone+one of agricultural technology cadres+one of local personnel", it calls for working methods of " markets leading, science and technology prior, technology entering into families, and project supporting, administrative-driven". To reach the purpose of increasing income of kiwifruit and farmers, the construction of demonstration families is the core, the main training and the main push technology are key measures, and integrate resources, organize carefully, implement fully.In this study, by combining field investigations, full-scale statistics, consulting documents and papers with quantitative and comparative analysis, the benefits of technology entering into the families of the five years were summed up. The results showed that:1. From2006to2010, the cumulative area promoted of the kiwifruit pilot area were146,000667m2, effective promotion area were131,400667m2, total new outputs of kiwifruit were53,500tons, total new output value were381million yuan, the total new net income were336million yuan, the input-output ratio was1:2.91, science and technology investment income rate was5.04, extension investment income rate was22.73, farmers' benefits rate was6.35, economic benefits of promotion significantly.2. Ecological benefits were remarkable. It has observed of improving the security and commodity in tested kiwifruit area, preserving the ecological environment, improving villages'appearance, and achieving the sustainable development of kiwifruit industry.3. The scale of kiwifruit industry has expanded rapidly, has format the industrialization, standardization system. The area of kiwifruit that cultivated in2010amounted to218,100667m2, accounting for70.2%of all agricultural land in the county, farmers and farmers involved in the kiwifruit grown of the proportion were63.2%and32.2%, respectively.68.0%of the net income per capita came from the kiwifruit income, the pattern that a county has an industry has been formed; standardized technical coverage has reached more than80.0%, and has had the kiwifruit standardized production technology statutes of Meixian, Shaanxi.4. The structure of varieties is more rationalized, and the brand has been gradually highlighted. Structure of varieties has formed, maining with Xuxiang and Hayward, and collocation of Jinxiang, Hongyang, Huayou, Jinkui, Chuhong, Zespri gold, and Ruanzao, Maohua kiwifruit, so that the kiwifruit brand gradually highlights.5. Build the kiwifruit station supported by Northwest A&F University, served the gardening workstation of Meixian as technical service center, based on demonstration garden, demonstration base and kiwi professional cooperatives, and formed the kiwifruit industry technology extension service network system of township agricultural technology promotion staff and100technical experts, has grown44farmers' specialized cooperative economic organizations in five years.6. The industry chain of prenatal, production in medium and postnatal has basically taken shape. Storage and processing industrial system is basically sound, as of2010, the county built a wide range of storage of1780cold storages, the annual storage capacity reaches81,000tons; have grown up10kiwifruit processing enterprises with processing fruit of15,000tons, accounting for6.1%of the total output; and80kiwifruit specialized cooperatives with annual sales of100,000tons; the tertiary industry of kiwifruit packaging, transport, and intermediary have rapidly developed.7. Implement the area of main extension technology and the rate of families to95.1%,96.7%, respectively, build a channel for kiwifruit scientific and technological achievements transformation, increase the kiwifruit marketing efforts, improve the comprehensive production capacity of the kiwifruit industry, and make kiwifruit application of new technologies standard up to a new level.8. Construct three major systems of agricultural extension work:First, the guidance system of panels-instructors-farmers; second, the system of technical instructors-associate members-the demonstration households; third, the driven system of demonstrations households-radiation households-driven by users, provide a basis to explore and establish new university-supported agricultural extension system.
