| As one of China's four state-owned commercial banks, Bank of China has made tremendous contributions to China's economic development, financial stability and corporate sustainable development. Since the economic situation of our country is still very severe, the national economic environment of2011has showed some characteristics of stagflation, which means slow economic growth and inflation exist at the same time. In2011, tightening the money supply greatly increased the financing costs for those enterprises of smaller, lower profit margins. Bank as a core part to provide financial support for economic, how to rely on national policy to provide credit support for Sees has become the new problems and new challenges which China's banking industry is facing. Bank of China has to recognize the current situation, determine the direction of development, combined with the actual situation of their own to make the best development strategy, and prepare for future development.In this paper, theoretical analysis and case studies, comparative study of inductive and deductive method of combining two aspects from the internal and external situation of Sees and Bank of China are used to carry out systematic analysis. Theories of Michael Porter five forces model and SWOT model are used for specific analysis of advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and threat of Sees and the Bank of China in the new situation. Through the analysis of the situation of the Bank of China, we identify the strengths and weaknesses of their development process, Combined with which their own situation, as well as national development requirements under the new situation, we propose a suitable solution for its future development. The purpose of this study is to proceed from the characteristics of supply chain financing business, combined with internal and external environment analysis of the development of Sees in China, trying to find the business development of strategic thinking and solutions in the development of Sees. |
