Study On The Development Of Postal Savings Bank Of Supply Chain Finance

Postal saving bank of China has been confronting intricate and unstable market environment since its establishment in2007. Judged from the present situation, it is obvious that the key customers, especially those excellent high-end clients tend to choose financial disintermediation. At present, the small medium enterprise had become an indispensable market to each bank. The postal saving bank was forced to transformed strategically by the intense marketing competition, it would both be an challenging and an opportunity. To be survived and developed in the current marketing pattern, the postal saving bank has to carry out targeted business, such as the supply chain finance business. In theory, the supply chain finance business can be used to resolve the financing difficulties of SME, nevertheless, that business has not been well developed as expected in our country. Therefore, it has become a critical issue on how to develop the supply chain finance business scientifically in the financial industry in our country.Firstly, the related theories about supply chain financing were elaborated in this article as well as its development and business types associated; secondly, in combination with features of the postal saving bank itself, the advantages and disadvantages of implementing that business by the postal saving bank were analyzed the SWOT analysis method, as well as opportunities and challenges it faced; thirdly, the current situation and problems confronted by the postal saving bank in developing the supply chain financing was introduced in detail; fourthly, the risks of carrying out the business were evaluated by AHP method to screen potential clients scientifically; lastly, some suggestions and strategies on how to further develop the supply chain financing by postal saving bank were given.
