Research On The Production Management Improvement For DP Private Petrochemical Company

Petrochemical industry is an important industry matter our national life, is of great significance for social stability and economic development. Also, compared with other industries, petrochemical industry appears more complex in terms of production management due to the special nature, because it involves technology, security and other very complex systems. So it is very important for the petrochemical enterprise to promote the development of the industry by more focusing on the research of the production management. For petrochemical companies, quality and security management are two important elements of its management, which occupies an important place in the system of enterprise management as a whole.This article is based on the improvement of production management of DP private petrochemical company, preceding a deep dive research from the current status of company's production management, as well as effective improvement on production issues.
