| In recent years, industrialization has developed acceleratly and high accidents occurred in many enterprises in China. Minor and middle degree accidents occurred very frequently while major or disaster accident from time to time, these accidents brought about severe massive fatality and injury as well as significant economic loss. Improving our safety management's quality needs a systematic and effective management system.Through analyzing the characteristics of N enterprise, this article explored how to use QFD to develop and implement safety management system, probed into its feasibility, application method and process. Enterprise production system can be modeled as a multi-layer hierarchical control system, which may show different safety statuses. And there are many different hazardous sources in the production system. Hazardous sources have hierarchical structures and situation dependent properties. The comparative analysis showed that completely recognizing the hazards in production system is based on the causal factors of hazard creation and accident occurrence, as well as the status and functional analysis of production system. Considering the production system has own characteristics, a evaluation system of the effective in safety production from the dimensions of hazardous sources identification, abilities of process control, safety project training and emergency response of production system is set up. At last, we illustrate the model through the case study in N enterprise to testify its feasibility and validity. |
