Price, quality and personalized purchasing decisions are important facts that affect consumers. A garment with all these types of elements at the same time will certainly become consumers' first choice; therefore the emerging of parity clothing as its synthesizer will become the important type of garment industry development."Maslow's hierarchy of needs","Blue Ocean Strategy" and "Long Tail" provide a theoretical foundation for the development of parity clothing brands;"Fast Fashion","SPA mode" provide concept and consumer mode support for the development of parity clothing brand marketing; the M-Form Society theory provides a great space for the development of parity clothing brands.With a population of1.3billion apparel consumers market, the Chinese market is bound to become the object of foreign parity clothing brands. The pouring into the Chinese market of the well-known international parity clothing brands definitely makes a significant threat to China's parity clothing brands. The China's parity clothing brands shaped on the basis of the foreign clothing brands will face to kinds of shortcomings and deficiencies both in the brand concept and marketing model. Faced with such an awkward situation, if China's parity clothing brands want to occupy a position in the fierce market in the future, what to do next? And where is the way out?The paper firstly carries out a study of relevant theories in depth, then sort out systemically the generation, development and present status of parity clothing at home and abroad. At last we find out the problems existing in the parity clothing brand development, and give advice on marketing strategy of Chinese parity clothing brands through referring to the well-known international parity clothing brand marketing strategy.
