Circulation, as the connection of production and consumption, is an important stage to fulfill the value of commodity, the role of circulation becomes more and more important with the rapid economic development. Because of the commodity circulation development, developed countries lead the role in promoting the international market. It enhances the continual competitive strength by upgrading the national industrial structure and product structure. In China, market-oriented increases the gap between urban and rural area. One of our development problems is the dual differentiation of economic between urban and rural area. It is effective to connect the urban and rural commodity market with the method of combine the commodity circulation of urban and rural market. Moreover, it speeds up the circulation of all kinds of elements, realizes the coordinated development between urban and rural area by integrative development of commodity circulation in urban and rural market.Yunnan, a western frontier province, falls behind economically developed areas and costal cities, below the national average. The poor circulation is main factor that leads to urban and rural dual differentiation. Circulation organization is the bridge connecting the urban and rural commodity market. Its efficiency directly influence on the efficiency of commodity circulation between urban and rural area. The basic problem of commodity circulation in Yunnan Province is segment in circulation system between urban and rural area which depend the contradiction of production and consumption and block the circulation system. Furthermore, many other factors reduce the circulation organizational level and efficiency, restrict the development and increase the distance, such as decentralized operation among circulation objects, lack of major industries leading, out-of-date circulation method.In order to bridge the gap between urban and rural area and increase the income of peasants, which means peasants can purchase the living material with good quality and low price and sell the primary products conveniently and promptly, circulation system in urban and rural area needs to be strengthened. In Yunnan Province, producer and consumer highly depend on the circulation organization which connects them as a bridge. With the aim to realize the urban and rural commodity circulation integration, infrastructure construction shall be strengthened as well as current circulation objects. There are different circulation methods depending on the different level of economic development in various parts of Yunnan Province. With the access of optimizing circulation organization and combining circulation methods, the circulation integration will be realized which aims to joint the market and peasants, share information and resource and perform large-scale operation.The paper adopts methods of combining the theory with practice and comparative analysis. Through summing up the relevant circulation theory as a theoretical guidance, on the basis of analysis of Yunnan urban and rural commodity circulation situation and characteristics, the problem of circulation system, namely, the segmentation between urban and rural commodity circulation system is put forward. Then I analyze the reason according the problem, brought forth solution from the perspective of the integration of urban and rural circulation. This paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is guided by Marx circulation theory and intermediate organization theory, which are the fundamental theories of this study; In the second chapter, on the basis of the overview of current circulation situation, the analysis of characteristics and commodity circulation problem in Yunnan Province, the essential problem is the segmentation between urban and rural commodity circulation system is put forward. In the third chapter, the paper points out the reason of circulation system segmentation. In the fourth chapter, some suggestions about the circulation system integration are presented basing on the international and domestic experience and evidence. The research on urban and rural commodity circulation in Yunnan Province contributes to enrich modem circulation theory, develop Marx circulation theory, promote the practice of intermediate organization theory, and fresh research idea of urban-rural integration development theory. The realization of urban and rural commodity circulation integration has great instructive significance to healthy and stable development of commodity circulation, prompt connection between urban and rural area, reduced gap, income increment and promoting rural consumption market.
