Urban And Rural Commodity Circulation System Of Three Provinces In Northeast China Under The Perspective Of Urbanization

With the economy reform of our country, we have to accelerate improving the socialist market economic system and the transformation of economic development, we must adhere to the new industrialization, information, urbanization and agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics. At present, China is strengthening urbanization, urbanization is an important growth point of China’s economy development in the future, and an important means of expanding domestic demand, and an important guarantee in narrowing the urban-rural gap. Urbanization could promote the development of urban and rural commodity circulation, and provide a broader market space for development, while the development of urban and rural commodity circulation can also contribute to the process of urbanization, to play an active role in the circulation of products and the employment of rural and urban population. Under the background of urbanization construction, the research on urban and rural commodity circulation system in the three northeastern provinces. Through the development of commodity circulation it can narrow gap between urban and rural, breaking the pattern of urban-rural split, promoting coordinated development of regional economy, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the construction of China’s urbanization, which has important significance for the reform and development of China’s in the new era.In this paper, although the three northeastern provinces are in China’s inland areas, economic development is slow. Agriculture and heavy industry are occupying a large proportion of the development. It has regional economic characteristics of "big agriculture" and "big industry", how to achieve effective two-way flow of inter-industrial and agricultural goods in urban and rural areas, how to achieve coordinated development in the commodity circulation.This paper analyzes the relationship between urbanization and commodity circulation, It has shown that the flow of goods plays a positive role in promoting development through empirical studies, urbanization can facilitate the shift of a large number of rural population, live and work in towns and cities,it is the need doing support on effective commodities circulation industry, in result commodity circulation willing develop rapidly. While the circulation of commodities industries can promote the development of urbanization, commodity circulation can play a role in employment "large container", providing plenty of employment opportunities locally, achieving the transfer of the rural population will stabilize rural development in the town, which greatly facilitated the process of urbanization. Secondly, in order to clarify the current developments about rural commodity circulation system in the three northeastern provinces, and select the relevant indicators to urban and rural commodity circulation system in the three northeastern provinces, by collecting data, analyzing the important factors that affect the situation of urban and rural commodity circulation system development in the three northeastern provinces, it exists problems and put forward relevant countermeasures.Urban and rural commodity circulation system in this paper is based on the concept of generalized commodity circulation, namely business flow, logistics, information flow, capital flow and mobility of human resources. Researching urban and rural commodity circulation system in northeastern provinces mainly contains five sub-systems, namely commodity circulation system, logistics, system of information flow, capital flow systems and human resources flow system. Northeast provincial joint drive to build urban and rural commodity circulation system, address regional and rural commodity circulation problems in development, to achieve effective flow of goods between urban and rural areas, and promote the transfer of the value of industrial and agricultural products, we must promote urbanization and ultimately expanding domestic demand, in order to promote economic growth in China.
