There have three categories of products including agricultural products, agricultural production material and rural daily consumer products in rural commodity circulation market of China. But rural commodity circulation market of China has been appearing a embarrassing situation that various commodity circulation are impeded, mainly because three categories of products, especially agricultural products, have a low the commercialization rate and poor distribution channels. The embarrassing situation is neither conducive to comprehensive and coordinated development between urban with rural nor the "Rural, Agriculture and Farmer" issues, and eventually will also obstacle seriously further development of rural commodity circulation in China. So it is an inevitable choice for solving the "Rural, Agriculture and Farmer" issues and promoting comprehensive and coordinated development between urban with rural that we should further optimize rural commodity circulation channels, gradually improve the rural commodity circulation system, and walk along a Chinese characteristic road of rural commodity circulation modernization.From the beginning with the development of rural commodity circulation status, the paper analyzes some obtained achievements and some existing problems in rural commodity circulation field in our country. Based on this analysis and using national or regional evaluation model of comprehensive modernization, the paper creates a system of evaluation indicators including circulation scale, circulation contribution, circulation efficiency, circulation system, circulation way and circulation organization. On the other hand, according to relevant cross-sectional data about rural commodity circulation status on the end of 2009, the paper put these data to compare with the data related rural economy indicators of Shanghai, Beijing and Zhejiang provinces, for the rural economic development level of these three provinces are highest. Next, the paper has a comprehensive analysis about overall development level and gaps of the modernization of rural commodity circulation, and has the conclusion is that: development levels of these modernization indicators are quite different in rural commodity circulation field in China. Among them, the higher level of modernization is circulation way and the highest level of modernization is circulation system. But these four modernization indicators including circulation scale, circulation contribution, circulation efficiency and circulation organization have huge distance to actual development level of rural circulation modernization. On the whole, rural commodity circulation of China is far from achieving modernization.Secondly, the paper analyzes some existing development models of rural commodity circulation modernization in China, mainly including "three-in-one" development model, e-commerce development model, integrating development model combined agriculture with industry and trade, "Rural Market Project of Thousands of Villages" development model, new rural cooperative organization development model and regional professional development model, and next comments respectively these six development models. On this basis, the paper focuses on building rural commodity circulation modernization development model of China, and from the beginning of constructing thought and constructing principle, constructs respectively circulation modernization development model of agricultural products, agricultural production material and rural daily consumer products. It is particularly noteworthy circulation modernization development model agricultural products, which is constructed mainly from the angle of agriculture connecting with commerce.Finally, according to the above development model of rural commodity circulation modernization, the paper discusses deeply that how to realize Chinese rural commodity circulation modernization from these five respects, that is circulation scale, circulation contribution, circulation efficiency, circulation way and circulation organization. The paper proposed policy mechanism and safeguard measures of rural commodity circulation modernization in order to run smoothly the model.
