Research On Service Industry Development In Changjitu Pilot Area

With the development of economic globalization,economic service has gradually become the new trend of global economic development.Service industry has gradually become the "protagonist" of economic development in all countries of the world.Service industry has stepped onto the stage of economic history as a result of the constantly mature development of all aspects of society.With the derivation of many industries in service industry,emerging industries will gradually replace the original traditional industries,and service industries will gradually replace each other.It has gradually become the main body of leading economic development.With the deepening of social industrialization and the rapid development of the world economy in the 21st century,the development level of service industry is gradually directly linked to the degree of regional economic modernization.In this context,the theory and research of service industry development has become an important topic for all regions.As an old industrial base in Northeast China,Jilin Province urgently needs to optimize its economic development structure.In order to revitalize the economy of Jilin Province,it.must rel,y on the service industry in its future economic development.The development and opening strategy of Changjitu Pilot Zone is an important link in revitalizing Jilin Province' s economy.Therefore,it is very important to study the service industry in Changjitu area for Jilin Province s economic development.In order to further develop Jilin Province s economy and improve its economic model,the state has implemented the strategy of Changjitu Pioneer Zone.This paper will study Changjitu Pioneer Zone,an important special economic zone in Jilin Province.In this paper,there are three areas in Changiitu,namely Changchun(Changchun City,Jiutai District, Dehui City,Nong' an County),Jilin(Jilin City,Jiaohe City,Yongji County) and Tumen River(Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture).Under the background of vigorously promoting the construction of Changjitu Open Pilot Area,this paper carries out service industry in Changjitu Pilot Area.A study was carried out[Yu Xia.o,Cui Ting,Chang Jitu Development and Opening Pioneer Area Population and Economic Coordination Development Research.[J].Population Science Journal.2011(05)].Firstly,this paper studies the development status of service industry in Changjitu Pioneer Area.Through analyzing the output value of service industry,employees,growth rate of service industry,contribution rate and pull rate of service industry to Changjitu area,and the development of internal structure of service industry,it is concluded that the development of service industry in Jilin Province needs to focus on the development of service industry in Changjitu area.Industry.Since the implementation of the strategy,the service industry in Changjitu region has achieved certain results in the past ten years from 2008 to 2017.In 2008,the service industry output value in Changjitu region was 198.215 billion yuan,accounting for 82.17%of the service industry output value in Jilin Province;in 2017,the service industry output value in Changjitu region increased to 53.2262 billion yuan,accounting for 77.69%of the service industry output value in Jilin Province.It indicates that the service industry in Changjitu Pioneer Area influences the development direction of the whole service industry in Jilin Province,that is,the service industry in Changjitu Area is the main body of the service economy development in Jilin Province.From the growth rate,the contribution rate and pull rate of service industry to Changjitu Pioneer Area and the structure of service industry,although the growth rate of service industry in Changjitu area has been showing positive growth,the contribution rate and pull rate of service industry has been showing a positive trend of development,but the development rate started slowly in 2014,indicating that the development of service industry in Changjitu area still exists.Some problems.Secondly,according to the development status of service industry,this paper specifically analyzed some problems of service industry in Changjitu Pioneer Area.From the data of current situation analysis,because of the "Northeast Phenomenon",the development,of service industry in Changjitu Pioneer Area is still slow;the proportion of modern service industry is too small,the development of traditional service industry is difficult,there is imbalance within the service industry,the development of service industry mainly depends on traditional service industry;the market scale is relatively small,lack of regional core competitiveness;and the ability to absorb talents is insufficient.Finally,in view of the existing problems in the development of service industry,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of service industry in Changjitu Pioneer Area,such as overcoming the "Northeast Phenomenon"and attaching great importance to the development of service industry,promoting the optimization of service industry structure,realizing the integration of industries,forming the competitiveness of characteristic service industry and improving the ability of absorbing talents.The development of service industry in Changjitu Pilot Area,is an important factor to promote the further development of Jilin Province s economy,and it is of great significance to the economic development of Jilin Province.
