Then it analyzes theoperating mode of the two rual cooperative economic organizations which are the government dominantand enterprise dominant. In addition, combining with Huaiyang county" the nanny" cooperative forempirical analysis, it introduces the operation mode and development characteristics. Through the surveydata of empirical analysis it introduces the cooperative development at present, and then points out therestricting factors that the cooperation is faced.
