According to the request of The SixteenthCongress of the party, insist on information brings along industrialization,industrialization promotes information, Walk along a new-style industrialized roadwhich is of high scientific and technological content, good economic returns, lowconsumption of resources, less contamination of environment, and the human resourcesare used to the full play. But in the reform exploration of recent10years, a series ofpractical problems increasing occur, such as Urban-rural dualistic economic structure,the gap between the rich and poor increase, and the gap between city and country alsoincrease. Obviously, these problems have hampered the healthy development of societyin the long term, and the traditional industrialization path can not solve these issues,then it is urgent and necessary to choose one new-style industrialized road which suitsthe right conditions of Chongqing. Therefore, the research of new-style industrializedroad will have very important practical significance.By constructing the industrialization evaluation system, we make the judgment ofindustrialization stage of Chongqing, Shanghai, and Beijing respectively. Then analyzethe traditional industrialization path, the economic society development face greatchallenges. From three aspects, namely: the present development situation,industrialization development, the present situation of urbanization and Urban-ruraldualistic economic structure, we elaborate the new-style industrialized road is therequest of the reality and the evitable choice in Chongqing.Furthermore, we will construct a new industrialization index system, by usingevery average index of Beijing and shanghai which are in the period of lateindustrialization as reference standard, contrasting Chongqing with them, and to find thegap and shortages. Due to the fact that Beijing and shanghai have already gone into theindustrialization period in general, in order to keep pace with them quickly and well, we must choose a sustainable high-speed new industrialization path. According to the gapand shortages between Chongqing and Beijing,Shanghai,on the basis of knowing thedifficulties and advantages facing in the process of industrialization. After analyzingindustrialization path of Chongqing, we will add the good experience of foreignindustrialization, and the enlightenment these experiences bring with.In the end, according to the above analysis, also taking the specific conditionsinto account, we put forward countermeasures in the below six perspectives: Makingfull use of policy and regional advantages, and adjust economic development strategy,using enhancing the independent innovation and industrial integration accelerate as thekey point, promoting the upgrading of the industrial structure in Chongqing, developingeducation vigorously, improving quantity and quality of human resources, thegovernment should provide strong support for innovation and endogenous growth, baseon "agriculture, country and farmers" and the household registration system reform,coordinate urban and rural, eliminate the dual economic structure, developing circulareconomy, promoting clean production and the sustainable development of the economysociety.
