Research On Producer Services And Equipment Manufacturing Industry Interactive Development Of Gansu Province

Since the1970s, the rapid development of producer serviceindustry has become increasingly prominent role in promoting theeconomic, causing a widespread concern of scholars. Throughout thedevelopment of international, it can be seen that the service of theinternational economy has become a trend and the development of theservice sector has become an important symbol of the judgment of thelevel of a country’s economic modernization. The most noteworthy is thedevelopment of producer services. Producer services have become themain aspect of the value chain, with much room for development. Withthe gradual deepening of the social division of labor, more and moreenterprises will externalize the international production original andproducer services have become a new force which can not be ignored inthe development of economic. In developed countries, the proportion ofproducer services has accounted for more than50percent of serviceindustry, however, Gansu province is located in western region of lessdeveloped and productive services lag behind, which restrict the rapiddevelopment of economic in Gansu province. Therefore, Gansu provinceshould vigorously promote the development of producer services,promoting the fusion of modern manufacturing and service industries.The interactive development of producer services and manufacturing is animportant trend in industrial development. Based on the Gansu province, the article discusses the interactionbetween producer services and equipment manufacturing. Generally, thispaper includes theoretical part and empirical part. Theoretical partincludes number one, two chapters; the empirical part includes numberthree, four and five chapters. Firstly, the concept, classification, theinteractive mechanism and interaction of producer services and areintroduce; Secondly, based on statistical data, the article analysis aboutthe current situations of producer services and equipment manufacturingindustry in Gansu province. The results show that: the development ofproducer service in its fancy and lags behind manufacturing, whichrestricts the interactive development between them. Then, on the basis oftheoretical analysis and the input-output tables of data of Gansu provincein1997,2002and2007,using input-output method and econometricmethod to analyze the production services and equipment manufacturingin Gansu province. The analysis shows that the interactive relationshipbetween them is in embryonic stage and low level of correlation effects.Finally, this paper will propose interactive development suggestions ofproduction services and equipment manufacturing in Gansu province.
