Research On Producer Services And Equipment Manufacturing Interactive Development In Liaoning Province

As the world economy entering into the era of service economy, producer service industry has gradually become an important driving force in optimizing industrial structure. The relationship between producer services and manufacturing has become increasingly close, and benign relationship between of them can not only improve the efficiency of knowledge capital entering into manufacturing but also promote the mutual development of the two. The relationship shows new trends and characteristics: obvious service-oriented trend in manufacture; rapid international transfer in producer service; and cluster development of the two industries. In Liaoning province, services to equipment manufacture provided by producer services are still remaining in the primary industries such as: logistics, finance, accounting and others. And equipment manufacturing industry has been in the low-end value chain with low value-added and low skill levels. The development of high-end manufacturing services needs high-tech production services, therefore, advancing producer service and equipment manufacturing positive interaction and promoting symbiotic development of the two become the problems to be solved urgently.The paper describes the interaction mechanisms of producer services and manufacturing from the relationship of the two and introduces the application of symbiosis theory in the producer service industry and manufacturing industry. It also introduces logistic growth equation to test the relationship between Liaoning producer services and equipment manufacturing concludes that they are asymmetric mutualistic symbiosis. On the other hand, the paper analyzes the reasons why it doesn't form a symmetry mutualism relationship--low levels of equipment manufacturing, producer services still in traditional service areas, lack of good institutional environment to promote the balanced development of the two. Accordingly, we set ways to promote the symbiotic model's evolution: first, increasing the population environmental capacity; second, optimizing the symbiosis environment. They provide policy basis to the upgrade of Liaoning productive service industry and equipment manufacturing industry, promote pattern evolutes from non symmetric reciprocal symbiosis to symmetric symbiosis of productive service industry and manufacturing industry symbiosis in Liaoning.At present, the producer services and equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning province stay in inefficient state of balance. It needs the further development of the two industries and support from the government to broke this balance and achieve a higher lever of equilibrium. As a result, the two industries can transit from simple capital, resources and labor-intensive industries to knowledge, technology and information-intensive industries.
