Service FDI is to playan important role in pushing Chinese Service Industy moving on. Good impactalways following bad one, it is necessary for China to realize how much and howthe FDI impact on Chinese Service Industry. We should guide the Industy in away n accordance with Development Strategy of Chinese Service Industy.This Research focuses on the FDI to Chinese Service Industry in order tofind out whether the Chinese Service Industy enjoys the Spillover Effects fromService FDI, and if so, how big it is. The thesis firstly makes a collecetion aboutthe FDI Spillover Effects theories, clearifing the approarchs, influent factors, andso on. Then a deep sight is taken on the statue of Service FDI in China, thedevelopment history, distribution, and specifications are considered to be keys toexplain the answer, whatever it is. The key part of the thesis is to do case analysison the relatioanship between Technical Efficiency of Service Industry and theService FDI, which is useful to work out the question. Then pananel data of sevenyears in twenty provinces are chosen to be taken care of using Translong P.E. andStochastic Frontier Analysis. And it is finally found that there is no clearconnection between TE and Service FDI in Chinese Service Industry. The FDISpillover Effects in Chinese Service Industry is not obvious.
