As China’s social development and graduate education reform, the philosophy of science and technology graduate education in China is facing a new situation. In this paper, to philosophy of science and technology postgraduate education training program of the26with Philosophy of Science and Technology Ph.D.-granting university as a sample, post-graduate training program from the perspective of the philosophy of science and technology characteristics of graduate research training on the current philosophy of science and technology postgraduate training problems and their causes in-depth thinking.Take this philosophy, education, management and other subjects of mutual integration of knowledge, qualitative and quantitative methods combined, through literature and comparative research methods research.University of the sample through the philosophy of science and technology graduate students to develop a comparative analysis of the program, we found that our philosophy of science and technology training program part of the master’s training session with a clear trend of diversification. For example, the coexistence of many years of training, research direction of diversification. This diversity is conducive to the Master of Philosophy University of Technology to develop the process, give full play to their advantages in resources and characteristics, to achieve the development of differentiation. The curriculum is more emphasis on rich, advanced, and focused; same time, we also found that the current philosophy of science and technology master’s training program there are some shortcomings. Mainly in the following areas:view from the aspect of training objectives, training objectives set some universities more general philosophy of science and technology culture in all aspects of Master of the lack of practical significance, placing emphasis on research capacity of the neglect of moral, physical requirements, and did not reflect the philosophy of science and technology graduate students to the importance of Arts and cross-training; part of life from the training point of view, part of the training period of only two universities, and not the implementation of flexible education system. Disciplines of philosophy from science and technology characteristics of the training period, and some universities in the traversed path of reform, it seems that the implementation of a longer training period and the implementation of flexible education system is more appropriate; from the research point of view, although the non-traditional research increasingly high proportion, but still important role of traditional research, and research settings on the whole, out of touch with the needs of the community suspected; from the curriculum areas, although this link is the sample of university training programs set the most complete and most reasonable part, but most samples of different disciplines of the University of Science and Technology Arts and Master of Philosophy students whether to implement cross-training and the need for Repairing the appropriate curriculum not been clearly defined; and settings from another point of view to develop links, the emphasis was different universities. Some universities in the training mode, the paper work, skills training and other aspects of the provisions were more detailed, and most samples are university training links provided on these very general, and even some philosophy of science and technology university graduate training program in the absence of these links. These shortcomings in our current philosophy of science and technology master’s training program may be widespread. Master of Philosophy of Science and Technology of China training program of the above shortcomings, a reflection of China’s current MPhil students to develop scientific and technological problems. Summed up in the following three areas:philosophy of our current graduate students of science and technology training and development needs of social and technological integration not tight enough, and our philosophy of science and technology, combined with the characteristics of subjects is not tight enough, extensive training in three aspects of process management. The reason for these problems, most likely because: philosophy of science and technology universities and disciplines the idea of the different training; training program and the training aspects of understanding and attention to different degrees; philosophy of science and technology, the quality of training of graduate students control and management of different beliefs; resources of universities have different subjects.We believe that the philosophy of science and technology to improve the quality of training graduate, philosophy of science and technology to improve the future of high-level personnel the ability to adapt to new situations and open up new areas of academic innovation, need to take these ideas and strategies for the Master of Philosophy of Science and Technology training program to improve health:First, to improve the training needs of the community-oriented program, focusing on applications to develop comprehensive academic talent, philosophy of science and technology to improve training of graduate students of social contribution; Second, the training program with the philosophy of science and technology subject characteristics are closely linked structured to foster the knowledge, ability to optimize the structure of the graduate; Third, the training program with the universities with the resources characteristics closely to develop a differential advantage of the philosophy of science and technology personnel; Fourth, we must attach importance to improve the training structure program, the development of structure and content specific, a wide range of training programs, training programs to achieve the normative and the guidance and mentoring graduate students the flexibility of the organic combination of philosophy graduate students in science and technology on the quality of the implementation of standardized training, Fine management, science and technology to protect and improve the quality of training graduate students of philosophy.
