With the increasing development of global economy,the demand of crude oil in the worldhas deamatically risen.Following the extensive development of conventional oil in the lastcentury,people have paid more attention on the abundant heavy oil and extra heavy oilresources,and as well the heavy oil production technology.At present,the production technologies used for heavy oil development are Huff&Puff,Steamflooding,Cold Production,SAGD,in-situ Combustion,and the emergingtechnologies are VAPEX,THAL,Horizontal WELL,and Downhole Steam Generator etc.Heavy oil in Liaohe oilfield production mainly to throughput yield, conventionalproduction and a small amount of steam drive oil yield, Liaohe Oilfield heavy oildevelopment outstanding issue is the later period of steam stimulation production decreasesgreatly, oil steam ratio decreased, now in urgent need of conversion exploitation method, so asto further improve the development effect, enhanced oil recovery. Liaohe Oilfield heavy oilreservoir is deeply buried oil reservoir, reservoir complex viscosity of crude oil, thedistribution of a wide range of features, according to the reservoir geologic characteristics andcyclic steam stimulation in late in the situation, in Du66block in situ study.This paper introduces the Liaohe Shuguang block Du66, in-situ development, throughthe analysis on the development status, geological features of reservoirs, sedimentarycharacteristics of research, for fire flooding physical simulation, and production history match,thereby establishing the development way of Du66block, determine the well pattern, wellspacing, optimization of parameters.Through the combustion reactor and a long tube experiment test, well pattern, wellspacing, the development mode, combustion mode is determined based on the reasonableselection of ventilation, strength, ignition time, air injection rate, water, liquid discharge timeand other parameters, can effectively improve the oil recovery rate of fire.Simulation results show that in the oil ignition time18D, gas injection rate high, drainageamount reached40t/d, injection pressure is higher than the reservoir pressure, adding waterin50%days10-20m~3/d, can maintain a higher recovery. By taking the return type fire floodingdevelopment, design of gas injection pressure of2~5MPa, with variable gas injectionmethod for water phase, the average single well water injection well drainage amountof10m~3/d,40m~3/d, Du66block oil production is expected to fire13years, wet processproduction time of5years, tired of gas injection54.5x108m~3, tired injection332.64× 10~4m~3,373.5×10~4t tired oil production rate, average3.45%, the highest rate of oil productionin5.5%, the degree of recovery44.8%.
