The compolicated relationship between Science&Technology and human society makes the research of the interactive relationship which involves science and politics becoming an important topic gradually. Habermas,the study object of this paper, considers that science and technology had changed into ideology in our modern society. Science&Technology ideology provides demonstration for the legality of system by a nonpolitical way and maintains citizens loyalty.Habermas considers society as a system which structures by three main subsystems, they are political system, economic system and cultural system. Society system operates in the life world which is consists of free communication activities of human being. In modern times, the development of science and technology makes human relying on technology tools more and more seriously, the free communication which uses language is taken the place of technology activities which conforms technical rationality. The consequences is society system surpassing the life world, science turns into symbol of knowledge. Scientific rationality standard and technical method invades our society system and occurs close interaction. ideology. Through the analysis of the late capitalist society, the interaction between science and politics reflects in two main aspects:cooperation and conflict. Cooperation shows in providing the legality of political, production potential and standard of culture system; conflict shows in science putting excessive intervention into political, and science relying on political, ect. In order to solve conflicts and to make the interaction between science and political under rational supervision, Habermas thinks the power of public supervision is needed. He advocated recovering public domain which constitutes by free communication activities among people. In public domain, the problems of science and technology and political could be discussed, this kind of discusstion guarantees technology and civil democracy. Depending on the power of young students and social scientists, democratic dialogue is feasible. Though the value and limit coexist in Habermas’s theory about interactive relationship between science and technology and political, it could enlighten us a lot.
