The spiders of Gnaphosidae is a hidden life of hunting animals, is one ofthe important natural enemies of pests in agriculture and forestry. So far asDecember31,2011,2128species belonging to117genera have beenrecorded all over the world,182species belonging to34genera of which havebeen described in China in The World Spider Catalog,Version12.5. Asystematic classification analysis on species, distribution, morphologicalcharacteristics, Comparative Anatomy of external genitalia and the DistrictDepartment of Mengxin area Gnaphosidae Spider was carried out in thispaper, which recorded94species belonging to18genera, including two newrecord genera of Inner Mongolia (Kishidaia Yaginuma,1960; SergiolusSimon,1891) and eleven new record species of Inner Mongolia: Drassodeslongispinus Marusik et Logunov,1995, Drassyllus excavatus (Schenkel,1963),Gnaphosa campanulata Zhang et Song,2001,Gnaphosa hastate Fox,1937,Gnaphosa inconspecta Simon,1878, Gnaphosa kompirensisBoesenberg et Strand,1906, Gnaphosa potanini Simon,1895, Kishidaiaxinping Song, Zhu et Zhang,2004, Micaria xiningensis Hu,2001,Parasyrisca potanini Schenkel,1963, Zelotes eskovi Zhang et Song,2001andSergiolus sp. Fauna analysis showed that obvious advantages on the Mengxinarea Gnaphosidae spiders were found in the Palaearctic,69species were Onlydistributed in the Palaearctic, accounting for73.40%, there were23commonspecies between Palaearctic and Oriental, accounting for24.47%,5commonspecies between Palaearctic and Nearctic, accounting for5.32%,1commonspecies between Palaearctic and Ethiopian, accounting for1.06%,1commonspecies in Palaearctic, Oriental, Nearctic and Ethiopian, accounting for1.06%.There were many common species between the Mengxin area and NorthChina, the Qinghai-Tibet region and the southwest area, including40common species between North China and Mengxin area, accounting for42.55%,21common species between Qinghai and Mengxin area, accountingfor22.34%,18common species between Southwest and Mengxin area, accounting for19.15%. The Gnaphosidae spiders in Mengxin area weremainly in western desert subregion, accounting for47.87%.
