Industrial technology to the automation and intelligence development and thedemand for energy-saving production of resistance spot welding put forward a higherrequirement. High frequency inverter spot welding power because of its have manyadvantages is the main development direction of the spot welding power’s future.Atpresent, the spot welding inverter are subject to power device reliability problem tobeing troubled, the result of poor communication,"Information Island" also limits thedegree of automation to improve welding shop,this article in view of the above question,introduce the CAN bus for spot welding process communication, and the highfrequency inverter for spot welding were studied.Inverter main circuit adopts full-bridge、phase-shifting soft-switching topology,analysis the main circuit converter and IGBT tube switching process, the IGBT invertercircuit advance in obtained process leg zero-voltage turn-on、lagging leg zero currentturn-off. Based on high-frequency main circuit exists “skin effect " characteristics,design of high-frequency transformer. Use of double rectifier topological structuredesign for high-frequency inverter power supply, the problem switching frequency ofthe power difficult to rise has been initially resolved after the rectifier circuit optimizeddesign. According to the main circuit inverter power chose the right IGBT model,makes an analysis of the common reasons for failure of IGBT and adopts appropriateprotection measures. Using MATLAB software to simulate the inverter main circuit andoptimizing the main circuit system parameter.Lower level Controller system use two slices of AT89C52single chip computerprocessor control structure, with double main processor as core construct inverterwelding power source control systems, including current detection circuit, IGBT drivingcircuit, PWM modulation circuit, electromagnetic valve drive circuit; CoprocessorSJA1000controller and CTM1050, composed transceiver under a machine CAN buscommunication system. PC and CAN adapter card SC2102combination form CAN, usetwisted-pair cable structures CAN bus network, complete the physical IndustryCAN-bus Field bus Control system hardware design.Analyzed and puts forward the control algorithm based on fuzzy PID adaptivespot-welded constant-current, a fuzzy control rule table, after using software MATLABsimulation results show that the design of the fuzzy adaptive PID controller has betterrobustness, can satisfy the system constant-current control requirements.According to the system’s hardware platform, modular design method to actualize the systemprogramming, including double processor serial communication procedures, lowerplace machine panel and communication board procedures, the can bus communicationprotocol, PC CAN communication program and a visual interface, etc.Commissioning of the test results and the simulation analysis was consistent withthe research results, this paper to realize high frequency inverter welding process basedon the intelligent, networked production provides technical support.
