A key component of a aeroengine has a plurality of weld seams,TIG is used in the welding process,due to the structure complexity and welding technology complexity,the welding process prone to large residual stress,large deformation and other issues, through the conventional test method in order to obtain lower residual stress and deformation,the workload is huge and unrealistic.Using the finite element software for numerical simulation can optimize the process,in-depth understand of the complex phenomenon of the welding process and control the quality of welding,therefore,there is great significance to use the finite element software SYSWELD to numerical simulate in the welding process.The component material in this paper is GH4169, First,the paper discuss GH4169database establishment and its second time tap,heat source second time tap;second,T joint is selected as local joint according to the welding joint feature,the welding process parameters were optimized through the investigation to the deformation of local T joint,and the optimal welding parameters are used for the simulation of the whole component source parameters;according to the principle of welding assembly,two kinds of optimization schemes are slected,the simulation result is obtained and discussed in this welding assembly.Through SYSWELD post process,the temperature distribution cloud picture is obtained,the thermal cycle curve in the center of weld seam and the thermal cycle curve in the vertical weld seam width direction is given at the same time, dynamic evolution of the temperature field and the mechanism of production is analyzed.The result show that the maximum heating rate and the maximum cooling rate under the quasi steady state is the same respectively,the temperature field distribution in vertical to the weld center line basic match with literature;through the stress field distribution cloud picture, dynamic evolution of the stress field and distribution law is obtained,and the stress causes are analyzed,we find the stress in the constraint region of component is maximum,however,the stress in the component edge and the regional in the weld center line is minimum;based on analysis of the deformation distribution,we understand the deformation value and distribution,the small cylinder edge deformation value is the largest, the final deformation is in the error allowable range,basically accord with the actual production requirement,Thus,it provide a guidance for the actual welding process.
